QUEBEC SELF-EMPLOYED PROGRAM

The Quebec Self-Employed Worker Program is a part of Quebec’s Business Immigration programs. It only allows individuals who come to Quebec with the intent of creating their own job by engaging in commercial activities.

As a self-employed person, you have the opportunity to immigrate to Quebec.

You will need to obtain a Certificate of Selection (CSQ) to be eligible for the Quebec Self-Employed Worker Program. A CSQ also authorizes you to apply for permanent residency in Quebec.
